Mr. Steven Witter has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University. He gained a wide range of experience in the vehicle and component testing field as Project Engineer in the contract test laboratory at Schenk-Pegasus. During his 5 years there he led in the construction and operation of several multi-axis servo-hydraulic test systems, engine, powertrain, and e-motor test systems, as well as various component and environmental test systems. For the following 5 years he worked as a commissioning engineer for Horiba ATS commissioning dynamometers and battery simulators primarily at the GM Pontiac Powertrain laboratory where he led Horiba’s team in commissioning the dynamometers, drives, and battery simulators for approximately 100 dynamometer cells. He continued at Horiba in the R&D group focused on dynamometer and battery simulator development. Since 2013 he has worked at Link Engineering as a Senior Application Engineer supporting the Sales and Product Management teams.
